Prior to co-founding LDiscovery, Mr. Weiler founded and built On-Site Sourcing into a $40 million litigation support and electronic discovery services company, named in a survey of the American Lawyer top 100 law firms as one of the top five imaging and coding services companies and one of the ten best electronic discovery firms in the United States. Mr. Weiler graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1985 and served in the United States Navy as a surface warfare officer and as a Navy Senate Liaison Officer in Washington, D.C. from 1985 until 1991. Mr. Weiler also worked for Pitney Bowes Management Services as a manager from 1991 to 1993.

Before joining LDiscovery, Mr. Wolfinger was a Manager of the Emergency Response Services at the industry-leading internet security vendor ISS (Internet Security Systems) and responsible for the investigation of computer security incidents at Fortune 500 Companies and Government Agencies.

Prior to his time with ISS, Mr. Wolfinger was a Detective and Sergeant at the Philadelphia Police Department. As the lead investigator of the Economic and Cyber-Crime Unit, he designed and built the District Attorney's digital forensics laboratory, investigated computer crimes, and examined digital evidence for the city's prosecutors.

At LDiscovery, Mr. Wolfinger leads a team of investigators that work to provide pivotal evidence in matters involving theft of intellectual property, employee-related disputes, evidence spoliation, and other types of cases. He is the creator of LDiscovery's RCMgr suite of self-collection tools and also advises clients on ESI collection efforts.

In addition to his Executive Management responsibilities, Brian provides expert witness analysis and testimony on Digital Forensics, E-Discovery process/procedure and other technical topics.

Brian Wolfinger holds multiple certifications such as DFCP, CCE, CIFI, CHS-III and Security+. He has lectured for Carnegie-Mellon University, the American Prosecutor's Research Institute, and dozens of other institutions. He has designed digital forensic and information security curriculum for, and currently serves as adjunct faculty at, both Community College of Philadelphia and Chestnut Hill College.

Before joining LDiscovery, Mr. Deutchman served as a prosecutor in the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office, where he founded the Economic & Cyber Crime Unit, as well as a specially appointed US Attorney. He investigated and prosecuted numerous complex cases, involving cybercrime, fraud schemes, drug distribution rings, money laundering and theft of intellectual property. He has years of courtroom experience, having prosecuted over one hundred jury trials and many more bench trials.

Mr. Deutchman authored dozens of pieces of legislation in the areas of computer crime, fraud and wiretaps. He is a highly sought speaker on the topics of digital forensics and e-Discovery, an author of a monthly column for the Pennsylvania Law Weekly on computers and the law, and an Adjunct Professor at Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia, where he teaches courses on digital forensics from a curriculum he authored with Brian Wolfinger.

Mr. Deutchman is a 1985 Graduate of Rutgers-Newark School of Law. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude and also holds a PhD from the University of California, Berkeley.

Ms. Mitchell manages LDiscovery's Chicago-based web services team while spearheading LDiscovery's training and instructional design. She develops review workflows; creates, maintains, and preserves document review databases; meets demanding production requests; and consults with clients on litigation review processes. She shares her clients' commitment to exceptional work product and creative solutions, and is the co-creator of LDiscovery's TEDRA Document Review solution. Ms. Mitchell is Six Sigma certified, a Relativity Certified Administrator, a Relativity Certified Sales Professional, and a Certified Training consultant.

Before joining LDiscovery, Ms. Mitchell was the Director of Forensics and a Communications instructor at Clemson University, where she also lead workshops for the Office of Teaching Effectiveness and Innovation. Prior to her time at Clemson, she worked at the Center for Media Design at Ball State University to implement the Student Technology Incubator Program while teaching courses in Communication studies. She received a Masters degree in Organizational and Professional Development from Ball State University.

Daniel Zambito joined LDiscovery in August of 2008 as Director of Project Management. In that role, Mr. Zambito was tasked with the growth and development of the project management group and providing consultative support to a variety of corporate and legal customers. In 2011, Mr. Zambito was promoted to his current role of Vice President of Sales. In this role, he continues to provide consultative support to clients, but is responsible for LDiscovery’s sales with AMLaw100 law firms and Fortune 500 corporations.

Prior to joining LDiscovery, Mr. Zambito was with ONSITE3 from 2002 – 2008 where he filled several roles, most recently as the Director of Client Services. As Director of Client Services, he assumed overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the project management group. Mr. Zambito also provided horizontal support to project managers/production staff in addition to vertical support on several key engagements; including a national program for a federal law enforcement agency.

Over the past decade, Mr. Zambito has supported a broad variety of matters, including DOJ second requests, anti-trust, criminal, SEC, FTC, and private matters.

Prior to joining LDiscovery, Mr. Strahan was CEO for Aptela, an internet telephony SaaS provider. During his tenure as CEO Mr. Strahan quickly improved the operating and financial performance of the company and successfully negotiated a sale of the business. Prior to becoming CEO for Aptela, Mr. Strahan was CFO and a key contributor in securing $13 million in venture capital and bank financing to scale the business.

Prior to joining Aptela, Mr. Strahan was CFO for INPUT, an information services & software company, where he grew the business from $2 to $23 million in five years. He was also CFO for two early stage businesses: Advocates On Call and BIA Financial Network. Prior to BIA, he was Director of Finance for a $650 million division of Blockbuster Entertainment and Controller for Bardon, Inc., a $100 million manufacturing and distribution operation. Mr. Strahan started his career at General Electric, where he graduated with honors from the company's world class financial management training program.

Mr. Strahan holds a post-MBA Certificate in Accounting and a MBA in International Business from George Washington University, Washington, D.C. and a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from Syracuse University, Syracuse, N.Y.
